We are happy to announce that Altoona, Pennsylvania’s very own Carlin & Associates Insurance has merged with Webber Advisors. With them, the agency brings five employees and a new location for Webber Advisors in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
Philip R. Carlin founded Carlin & Associates in 1974. For several decades, the agency has helped individuals, families, and businesses in central Pennsylvania find solutions for their insurance needs. One of their taglines illustrates perfectly why they’re a great fit with both Webber Advisors and Leavitt Group.

They have evolved from a small, privately-owned, two employee, human resources consulting company to a growing, co-owned company with 60+ employees in partnership with Leavitt Group. Today, their services include employee benefits consulting, full retirement plan services, human resources consulting, wealth management and a full suite of business and personal insurance offerings.
As part of this acquisition, Carlin & Associates Insurance will adopt the Webber Advisors name and branding. However, their phone numbers, five amazing staff members, and office location will remain the same.
