Marc focuses on delivering results in employee benefits by empowering employers and employees with guidance, data, transparency, and tools to navigate the employee benefit arena. Marc has spent 15 years of his professional career learning and implementing strategies to help organizations get control of their healthcare investment and deliver better outcomes for their business and employees.
Marc’s specialties include employee benefits consulting, health and wellness consulting, self-funding, healthcare analytics, pharmacy consulting, benefits compliance, strategic planning, HR consulting, total rewards consulting, and voluntary benefits.
Marc graduated from the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance. Marc continued his education at Saint Francis University and earned a Master of Business Administration.
Marc resides in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Kelly, and their two children, Grace and Maura.
