About Trisha

My role as Vice President/Human Resources Compliance and Consulting for Webber Advisors is to help organizations stay compliant in today’s continuously changing legal environment, specifically in the areas of Performance Management; Personnel Policies and Practices; Wage and Salary Administration; Affirmative Action; and Employment Law Compliance.

I have worked as a Human Resources professional for over 25 years and understand and recognize the unique qualities of every organization from their mission and vision to their culture and employees. Helping other HR professionals and business owners meet today’s personnel challenges is my passion.

I attended Bucknell University where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I also earned my Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.

I reside in central Pennsylvania with my husband, our daughter, and two adopted dachshunds.
